Administrators can now customize the sender address, From Name and Reply-To address of end user notifications related to submitted restore requests.

The ability to customize interactions with end users is key to creating friendly and familiar communication with them.

The sender of email notifications is a big part of this required customization.

Administrators can now configure the From Name and Reply-To address of end user notifications related to submitted restore requests.

To do that, go to Security Settings > User Interaction > Quarantine > Restore Request Feedback and customize the different parameters.

Note that you will only be able to select an address whose domain is one of the domains in your Microsoft / Google account.

In addition, the new address will not be in effect until the Check Point include statement is present in the SPF record of the domain.

This feature is being deployed gradually – you should see it in your portal during the next couple of days.
